At Mirra Cosmeticos USA, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with an item, we are happy to offer a return within the guidelines below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards or promotional products.
  • Opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@mirracosmeticosusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Securely package the product and include the RMA number inside the package.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@mirracosmeticosusa.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
